Eileen Neuweiler

PRESIDENT

As Founder and President, Eileen brings more than 20 years of direct sales, international sales operations, channel development and recruiting experience to JDEK Associates. She has a diverse sales background working for high-growth software and consulting companies as well as start-up organizations.

Before founding JDEK Associates, Eileen was a Senior Account Executive with Slalom Consulting, driving growth of the Denver consulting branch. Prior to this, Eileen was a top sales representative for SkillSoft, where she led the negotiation of one of their largest west coast clients. At techies.com, a national technology career site, Eileen was consistently a top individual sales performer before being promoted to manage the southwestern region sales team. Prior to techies.com, Eileen supported Gartner’s international channel partners in South America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, before joining the direct field sales team in Denver with Gartner Learning, the e-learning division of Gartner.

Eileen lives in Arvada, Colorado with her husband and two children. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota.
